For a long time she was exclusively attached to the treatment of appearances but now Viviane Faivre-Vella has launched herself towards a certain abstraction tending towards naturalism, which relates to the question of equilibrium, the harmonious measure of forms and the effectiveness of corresponding colours without breaking totally with the visible as she does not refuse to include certain organic recollections. But through her training, her emotional concept at skin-deep level and the concern for her instinct, she returns towards the tangible, as she enjoys the ambivalence where she can manifest her total freedom to create. Painting being by its essence of the revelation, a way to know one's inner self and to feel the emergence of one's virtuosity.
